Social media is playing an increasingly important role in a firm’s daily operations. Airlines in particular are using social platforms (blogging, youtube, etc.) which allow for feedback and real-world social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedlin, Google+, etc.) to communicate and build relationships.
